Production for our products usually take 4 days, this is due to our artists ensuring our products are created to the highest quality.
All orders also go through rigorous artwork quality checks as-well as product quality checks, this is to ensure customers receive only products which meet our quality standards.

How do Returns/Exchanges work?
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately we don't accept returns for personalised products, however if there are any defects with your personalised product we will rectify the issue.
